We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

How do I determine my correct shoe size?

SeaVees typically run true to size. We recommend ordering your usual sneaker size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Are SeaVees shoes sustainable?

We are committed to conscious commerce. Many of our collections feature recycled cotton, natural rubber outsoles, and recycled polyester laces to minimize our environmental footprint.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout.

For canvas styles, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the integrity of the vulcanized rubber.
