Returns & Exchanges
At SeaVees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
- 2.Select Items
Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return to generate your prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unworn shoes in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
